Welcome back again today! I hope it’s nicer in your neck of the woods than mine! It feels like Fall here. I could see my breath in the air last night as I walked one of my Sleepless Stamper team members outside after our team meeting. Not what we expect here when it’s not even mid-August yet!
I was hoping to keep with the momentum of sharing with all of you after we just finished up our 10 day blog hop showcasing our Artisan entries so I came back today to share one of my swaps from convention with you! Maybe this will make it feel a litte more like summer too?!
When I saw the new in colors, they instantly reminded me of Neapolitan Ice Cream. I definitely have a couple of favorite colors from the collection (Strawberry Slush and Coastal Cabana), but when the whole collection is piled up, I can’t hep but want an ice cream cone! So, I ran with that theme and came up with this card to use for a few swaps I participated in (my team swap, a pre-convention mail-in swap and one convention swap, thankfully no overlap of participants)… I really liked how it came together so I was happy with how it worked out that I was able to share it with so many stampers! I hope they liked it!

For the ice cream scoops (from the Cupcake Punch), I wanted to add a little extra detail so I stamped the scoops first with the splatter from Gorgeous Grunge! I love that new set!
