Welcome to what is our final Artisan Design Team Blog Hop as your 2013-2014 ADT!
While we are here to provide inspiration to you all and I can guarantee you there will be, I can also almost assure you that there will not be a dry eye in the house tonight! .. I also promise this isn’t the end of us so stay tuned.
Tonight’s project was created as a tribute to these girls who have each become like a sister to me, more than just my friends. This page is in honor of these girls and is a Celebration of our Sisterhood!
I have a little closer view here for you.
Every. Single. One. Of. Them. has a truly special and unique place in my heart and always will.
I used a variety of papers on this project. I used Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer paper, I used Silver Foil, I used Silver Glimmer paper and more.
I switched up the Amazing Birthday Stamp and made is suit the purpose of this page. These girls truly do create ridiculously amazing art!
I used the Decorative Star Mask to create this spray of stars across the page. You may have seen the page I created for the convention display boards using this set and some brighter colors. I like how the stars fell on my page so I cased that and replicated it here in a monochromatic scheme. To help with that, I sponged some of the stars with Versamark and heat set with Silver Embossing Powder.
I also used the Project Life by Stampin’ Up! Love Story Accessory and Card Kit to add a little something extra to my page.
The Star Framelits are such a great accent for a variety of themes and went perfectly with this page!
Now, Here is where the tears come in. I mean every last word. These girls mean the World to me! I’m grateful beyond measure to have them in my life! Thank-you to each of you for your special and unique talents and for what you bring to our friendship. Some girls brought laugher, I’m sure we all shed tears, some girls needed virtual hugs and some were always ready with them, we shared in each other joys and sorrows, some were like a Mom and sometimes we all led each other astray and each of us was always there to have each others back or fit in the back of each-others pocket to give that word of encouragement or little pep talk we needed to get through hard times. Needless to say, I think we’re stuck with each other.. and you may just be stuck with us in some form or other .. more on that shortly!
Here’s where I incorporated the Project Life by Stampin’ Up! cards.
No words can sum up the impact that just one year of working with these girls has had on my life. One year ago, when I was called to the stage I had no idea how much richer my life would be for the friendships of each of the girls who had been called to the stage before me. I love you all!

While this may be our last official post as the 2013 ADT, you’ll see plenty more from us to inspire your creativity! You’ll see three of the girls on the next ADT and we all look forward to watching for their creations along with the rest of their fabulous team! Congratulations again to all of you and to your new fellow team members! Thank-you to all of you for following us this year, for leaving comments and allowing us to inspire you. Be sure to share the love that you did with us, with your team next year as well! I know they’ll love it!
I’m also excited that each of us will either be working in groups or individually to bring you plenty of inspiration throughout the months and years to come!

Alanna, we may be the furthest from each other in terms of miles, but not in our spirits. Even when life presented challenges, you rose to the occasion and didn’t let it get you down. You are truly and inspiration in every way. You have the perfect balance of creativity and business sense. I look forward to being able to continue working with you over the months to come. Hugs!
Where do I start? Beyond your amazing talent, you are a caring, loving, selfless insomniac that I LOVE to the depths of my heart. I am so grateful for our chats and our influences in each others lives. You are a wonderful mom and wife. Remember you are loved, and you are awesome!
